By accessing or using the PlotVault Institute platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Payments and Billing

Fees are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply. We may use third-party processors to facilitate payments.

4. User Content and Submissions

You retain ownership of your submissions. By submitting content for feedback, you grant us a limited license to access and review it solely to provide the service.

5. Intellectual Property

Course materials, templates, and diagnostics are owned by PlotVault Institute and licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not abuse, harass, or disrupt others; do not reverse engineer the platform; do not share unauthorized copies of materials.

7. Refunds

Self-paced modules: full refund within 7 days if under 20% completed. Cohorts and Workshops: see specific course pages for withdrawal windows and pro-rated refunds.

8. Disclaimers

We provide educational content “as is.” We make no guarantees about publication outcomes or financial results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlotVault Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, unless prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice.
